M&A Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an M&A associate attorney with 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (including in the private equity context) and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate should have experience in (i) due diligence investigations and preparation of related memoranda, (ii) preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements and related closing documents and (iii) closing transactions. The candidate should preferably have experience with capital formation, partnerships and finance. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
