Will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including initial client consultations, investigation, negotiation, and litigation. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists to build strong cases for clients. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court to advocate for clients' rights and maximize their compensation. Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Must have courtroom experience and know how to try a civil case. Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal precedents is needed. Must have admission to the State Bar and good standing in the state of North Carolina.
