Greenville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks personal injury attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will handle a large caseload of 50 - 100 active cases. Will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including initial client consultations, investigation, negotiation, and litigation. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists to build strong cases for clients. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court to advocate for clients' rights and maximize their compensation. Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Must have courtroom experience and know how to try a civil case. Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal precedents is needed. Must have admission to the State Bar and good standing in the state of North Carolina.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively essential. Strong negotiation and mediation skills needed. Must be compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking essential.
