• Attend and report on depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings

• Negotiate settlements, obtain necessary authority, and prepare for trial when needed

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, paralegals, and legal staff

• Ensure adherence to internal performance benchmarks and firm guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional liability litigation

• Previous experience representing licensed professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants, healthcare providers)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new legal tech platforms

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
