Mid-level Corporate Securities Associate Attorney

Kansas City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level corporate securities associate attorney with 2-6 years of legal experience in a major national or international law firm. The candidate will be managing client relationships, preparing regulatory filings and submissions; drafting agreements, helping to lead the coordination and execution of successful transactions. Will be supporting the practice by performing research and writing as needed. Experience drafting key legal documents for corporate and securities matters is required. Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, stock exchange is required. Securities transactional experience and reporting and compliance experience is preferred. Experience in public and private offerings (including private placements and Regulation S offerings) is preferred. Should be licensed or eligible to practice law in Missouri, and be in good standing.

The candidate should have excellent written communication with a proven attention to detail. Possesses strong oral communication and interpersonal skills. Should have an ability to interact with clients effectively and diplomatically. Possesses strong analytical skills.
