Senior Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior labor and employment associate attorney with 6+ years of experience. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Deposition and/or courtroom experience are required. Employment advice and counseling experience are desired. Should also be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. Must be licensed to practice in California.

The candidate should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Must have excellent writing analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and be able to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact. Must have demonstrated project management skills and be able to take a case and run with it.
