The candidate will prepare and prosecute trademark applications, work with foreign trademark counsel, draft and negotiate license agreements, manage a trademark docket and communicate with clients. Must be a licensed attorney and an active member in good standing with Texas State Bar.
The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels within the firm are required. A strong willingness to own projects and see them to completion is needed. Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail are essential. An affinity for computers and technology is a must.
