The candidate should have a broad range of experience and/or demonstrated interest in oil and gas, mining (including critical minerals), hydrogen, geothermal, wind, solar, and other alternative energy projects. The large law firm or energy boutique firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Should also be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and highly motivated to help the firm grow the practice and serve energy clients. Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
