Tax Attorney with 3+ years of federal experience

Chicago office of our client seeks tax attorney with 3+ years of experience working with high net worth families and federal tax planning matters, specifically working on inbound and outbound structuring, trust and estate taxation and partnership and corporate taxation. The candidate should preferably have experience with trust and estate planning matters. A Master of Laws degree in Taxation (LLM) is required. Should be a member of the Illinois or Ohio Bar or be able to sit for the Bar exam/waive in.

Should possess a strong academic record, superior writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work well with the diverse client base.
