Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior private wealth associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and probate law. The candidate will work professionally and effectively with Clients, Partners, Associates and Support Staff. Should have experience with estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax law, and good technical drafting experience with preparing multiple types of estate planning and administration documents. Familiarity with probate court procedures and experience in non-contested matters needed. Should have an LL.M. degree. Prior experience working in the private wealth, trusts and estates fields in private practice needed. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.

The candidate should have strong legal research skills, particularly in tax matters. Must have strong technical drafting ability, as well general writing and oral communication skills. Must have ability to analyze complex problems, and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines needed. Should have strong organization and matter management skills. Ability to work professionally and effectively with Clients, Partners, Associates and Support Staff needed. Should have ability to work effectively with others as part of a team. Clear and effective drafting skills, including technical drafting needed. Should have good legal research skills. Must have Juris Doctor degree.
