Las Vegas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. Will also have the opportunity to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms. Should preferably be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Experience defending private and public entities in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board, is preferred. Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred. Admission to the Nevada Bar is required.
