Associate Attorney

North Miami Beach office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will get extensive courtroom experience, including bench trials, hearings and mediations, and conducting post-judgment depositions. Experience in scheduling and planning time to meet court calendar and litigation deadlines is required. Trial experience is a plus. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

The candidate must have legal research and drafting skills. Occasional travel within the state of Florida will be required. The ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment is required. Benefits offered include: 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.
