The candidate will join the Corporate Transactions and Securities practice. Should have experience representing emerging companies, early-stage investors and venture capital funds during formation, financing, growth and exit. Experience in general corporate/transactional work, with an interest in focusing on venture capital and emerging growth clients, will also be considered.

The candidate should have superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
