Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent prosecution associate attorney preferably with 2-6 years of law firm patent prosecution experience. The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications filed with the USPTO and foreign patent offices, counseling clients on comprehensive IP strategy, prior art analysis, and IP portfolio management. Experience with foreign patent applications is a plus. Must be admitted before the US Patent & Trademark Office. Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (AZ, CA, CO, NV) is required. Prior industry experience is a plus. Should have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
