Corporate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 0-2 years of experience. The candidate will entail working closely with partners and senior associates whose practices include advising publicly-held and privately-held entities in connection with domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, private placements, and other general corporate matters. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.

The candidate must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
