Boulder office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks privacy attorney with 5+ years of experience working with technology companies on data security and privacy matters. The candidate will be advising clients on data security and privacy compliance. Will be drafting privacy and data security-related policies. Assisting clients with legal strategy. Assisting in training various business units on data security and privacy matters. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Providing exceptional customer service. Must have experience working with technology companies. Should have experience advising clients on data security and privacy compliance, such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Must have experience drafting privacy policies and security policies. CIPP/US certification is a plus. Must be licensed in Colorado. A book of business, or proven track record of building a book of business, is a plus.

The candidate will handle confidential information with discretion. Will handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously. Is entrepreneurial, business minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Is detail-oriented, organized, proactive and has strong communication skills. Is a self-starter and loves the freedom to work independently and remotely, but has the self-discipline to stay focused on the greater goals of the law firm. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting business relationships. Consistently drives for excellence and pushes own limits. Has exceptional work ethic and drive.
