Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level corporate and finance, private equity and funds associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will have focus on representing sponsors of (and investors in) private investment funds in connection with fund formation matters. The most relevant experience would consist of experience in the formation of private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate, or similar closed-ended private investment funds. Must be a member of the Bar in the United States.

The candidate must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
