Litigation Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with 3-5 years of substantive experience defending labor law, product liability, premises liability and automotive liability claims. The candidate will serve in the Construction/Insurance Litigation practice to work on Labor Law and catastrophic injury matters. Will perform case analysis, litigation planning and budgeting. Handle all pleadings and motion practice. Appear in court for conferences and motions. Prepare witnesses and conduct depositions, participate in trials. Substantial experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, insurer reporting and court appearances essential. Trial experience helpful. Knowledge of insurance coverage and indemnification issues beneficial.

The candidate should have superior oral and writing communication skills.
