Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Salt Lake City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior litigation associate attorney/of counsel with 4-8 years of general commercial litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have experience with the state as well as federal courts, trial preparation, and depositions. Extensive experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification motions, writs, and appeals essential. Must have successfully argued motions; taken and defended depositions. Must be experienced in trial prep and court appearances. Case management experience is essential. Law Review experience preferred. Should be in good standing with the Utah State Bar.

The candidate should have stellar academics, and strong research and writing abilities. Superior writing skills, strong work ethic, great communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity needed. Must be ranked top 25% from a top law school.
