Attorney needed for Johnstown office

Johnstown office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with experience. The candidate will focus their practice on business, estate, corporate planning, and some municipal law. Will be responsible for performing work on civil and business cases including occasional litigation matters. Meet with clients, draft and file legal documents, and attend and participate in Board meetings. Should have focused their law school classes and practice on business, estate planning and trusts, and/or corporate law. Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or preparing to take the Pennsylvania Bar exam. Must possess strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Should demonstrate analytical, writing, research, and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
