The candidate will be managing their own docket of personal injury cases. Will set up claims and track medical treatment. Supervise medical clerk and case manager. Review demands, and negotiate with adjusters. Communicate offers to the client and disburse client funds. Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas, have graduated from an accredited law school, and must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Must provide immediate analysis of liability, and collectible damages, and communicate the steps the team will follow in order to achieve the best results for the client.
