Great Neck office of our client seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be drafting pleadings and discovery responses. Will be drafting and arguing motions/oppositions/reply papers. Negotiating cases to resolution. Communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Mediating and/or arbitrating cases. Experience conducting and defending EUOs/50h examinations/EBTs preferred. Trial experience preferred.

The candidate should preferably have excellent writing and communication skills.
