Junior Associate Attorney preferably with 2 years of relevant personal injury experience

Tucker office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior associate attorney, preferably with 2 years of relevant personal injury experience. The candidate will conduct efficient and progressive weekly team meetings. Will conducts prompt and effective settlement negotiations. Consults with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case. Conducts research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources to decide on a modus operandi. Drafts legal texts, including reports, contracts, and appeals. Represent clients at meetings, hearings, and trials. Informs the managing attorney about salient developments in each case. Ensures that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential and are stored securely. Manages and negotiates cases with insurance providers. Effectively manage a full caseload from beginning to end. Files lawsuits and handles the file through litigation as needed. Oversees and manages a dedicated full-time legal assistant. Must be an active member of the Georgia Bar Association in good standing.

The candidate must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks. Should preferably have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to maintain confidential information. Should have the ability to empathize with clients and the patience to completely understand the impact the incident has had on the client. Must be assertive and willing to get the best results for clients and win cases. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable utilizing case management software is required.
