Immigration Attorney

Fort Worth office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration attorney with 3 years of verifiable immigration law experience. The candidate will assist in the successful management of an independent caseload. Will conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief. Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings, and trials. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions, and appeals. Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR. Represent clients before the Immigration Court. Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned. Must be an active member in good standing of any State Bar. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Must have a strong work ethic, and excellent writing, communication, organizational, and case management skills. Must be a team player.
