Corporate Associate Attorney

Burlingame office of our client seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will perform comprehensive legal research and analysis of reported cases, state and federal statutes, regulations and other legal materials. Will draft, review, negotiate and finalize legal documents with respect to business formation, licensing, corporate governance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture financing transactions, other business transactions and SEC compliance matters. Provide consultation and legal advice to clients on a daily basis; manage relationships and communications with clients. Maintain current knowledge of legal issues and developments in the corporate transactional law. Education must include completion of a minimum of 4 transactional law courses (such as Corporations, Securities Regulation, Secured Transactions). Must be admitted to the CA State Bar.

The candidate must possess a JD degree from a top 50 law school as ranked by US News and World Report. Must display academic excellence as defined by a law school minimum 3.3 GPA.
