The candidate must have substantial experience in the following: drafting complex estate plan and business succession planning documents for high net worth individuals; drafting complex charitable giving documents; counseling clients on income, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning; assisting with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates; processing Federal gift and estate tax returns. An LL.M. degree in Taxation essential. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state.
