Family Law Associate Attorney

Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney with 1-5 years of practice, medium to heavy caseload, in family law. The candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence. Timely correspondence with clients, courts, witnesses, and adverse parties. Input billable time consistently and accurately. Spanish speaking is a significant plus. An attorney with substantial experience and new to Arizona would be of interest. The candidate must have a willingness to be proactive in communicating with clients, adverse parties, and the court. Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Clio Time Management would be helpful. Clear concise communication skills both telephonic and in writing. Must have ability to see the endgame from the starting line and the ability to change course as the case progresses. Must be empathetic to the clients position willing to listen to the client, and have the ability to educate and guide them without arguing with them. Must have ability to clearly instruct and work with legal assistants. Must have ability to work your calendar and see conflicts and issues in scheduling and avoiding them.
