Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks mid to senior level energy attorney with 5+ years of FERC experience. The candidate will work on natural gas pipeline rate and certificate cases for a nation-wide mix of clients. Will interact directly with clients with the goal of quickly taking on responsibility to manage aspects of even complex cases independently. Should have experience on natural gas rate cases and certificate matters. FERC electric rate-making and hydroelectric licensing experience is a plus. Local Bar membership is a plus. Prior law firm experience or employment at FERC is very beneficial.

Must have a JD degree.
