Job Details:

Duties:

  • Develop an extensive understanding of the client base, industries served, and global mobility solutions.
  • Determine optimal immigration strategies tailored to clients' needs.
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence within the rapidly evolving immigration landscape.
  • Draft, review, and file all types of Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications.
  • Advise and mentor HR Departments of startups and established businesses on best practices.
  • Lead client meetings, town halls, presentations, and proposal responses.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to resolve complex legal issues.
  • Mentor a team of paralegals and facilitate the hiring and retaining of top talent.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor from an Accredited University.
  • Bar Admittance in any state.
