Corporate Associate

Falls Church office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should have a sophisticated business and relevant corporate experience, including general corporate and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, drafting of shareholders and operating agreements (including joint venture agreements), as well as VC, PE, and other corporate finance transactions (including familiarity with NVCA-based transaction documents). Must have excellent academic credentials and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
