Labor and Employment Attorney

Jupiter office of our client seeks a labor and employment attorney with 3+ years of experience in compliance and federal and state court litigation. Must possess an active Florida Bar License and be in good standing in the United States.

The candidate must be able to represent clients in all aspects of the labor and employment and compliance practice from inception through trial and/or settlement. Preferred skill level in compliance. Must also be able to take direction well. Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills are necessary.
