Associate Attorney

Bath office of our client seeks an associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will be communicating with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and provide them with advice. Developing strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. Attending court appearances. Researching and preparing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and memorandums of law, accurately and in a timely manner. Must have an admission to the Bar in the State of Maine.

The candidate must have a JD degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Must have ability to research and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to work independently, but also take instruction well. Must have strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must have adaptability and attention to detail.
