The candidate should have broad real property litigation experience, including eminent domain, inverse condemnation, real estate development and valuation, land use restrictions and governmental regulation of property rights, construction-related claims, water rights, ownership disputes, and insurance. Should have hands-on litigation experience, including handling discovery and litigation discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, managing cases, and participating in trial preparation. Must have Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction.

The candidate should have excellent legal writing and research skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills. Should have excellent legal research and analytical skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment. Should have team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration. Must have effective and efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence.
