The candidate drafts and prosecutes patent applications relating to high tech. Responsibilities include supporting IP due diligences, patent landscape analyses, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences) and other IP matters related to all aspects of technology, including software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and blockchain. Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, applied physics, or related field essential. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction.
