Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a Securities Litigation Managing Associate Attorney with 4 years of major law firm experience or may have worked at the SEC, DOJ, or US Attorney's Office. The candidate should preferably have deep experience litigating securities class actions brought under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (PSLRA) and Shareholder derivative matters. Should preferably also be familiar with the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and Delaware Corporate Law (including Section 220 and familiarity with the business judgement rule and demand futility issues). Membership of the CA State Bar is strongly preferred.
The candidate must have excellent academic credentials along with superior communication and organizational skills. Strong work ethic, teamwork, solid interpersonal skills, and a motivated, entrepreneurial outlook are essential.
