Healthcare Attorney

Fairfax office of our client seeks healthcare attorney with 6+ years of experience to serve as Partner or Senior Counsel. The candidate must have expertise in healthcare corporate transactions. Experience with emerging companies financing/venture capital is preferred. A candidate licensed in California would be preferred, but all exceptional candidates will be considered. Must have a book of business.

The candidate must be self-motivated, creative in approach to problem-solving, collaborative, comfortable practicing law in a virtual environment using remote work technology, and willing to serve as a mentor to less experienced attorneys.
