San Antonio office of our client seeks a staff attorney with experience. The candidate will serve in consumer financial representation. Will perform virtual and in-person client meets, conduct fact-finding interviews, confirm eligibility, and attend court hearings as needed. Prepare appropriate documentation for filings in accordance with established procedures and general rules. Communicate legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner. Research, retrieve and update appropriate information in clients' case files as needed. Respond to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business through email, text, and calls. Docket hearings and resolution, draft and ECF file responses as needed. Must be proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high-volume case loads. Should be proficient with case management software, and digital recordkeeping. Bi-lingual (Spanish). Must be licensed to Practice Law. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree.
