The candidate will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of litigation and general employment counseling. Types of matters will include discrimination, wage and hour, disciplinary actions, employment advice, and counseling. Responsibilities include: drafting employment agreements, drafting handbooks, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, communicating with clients, drafting discovery and motions practice. Must be licensed in DE and PA.
