Mid to Senior level Corporate and Securities Transactional Associate Attorney

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior level corporate and securities transactional associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience in a large regional or national law firm. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients. Must have experience with both 1933 and 1934 Act matters, specifically including securities offerings on Forms S-1, S-3, S-4 and S-8, proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting. Experience handling corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and exchange listing matters is preferred. Must also be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.

The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials.
