A respected law firm located in Las Vegas, NV, is looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Duties:

• Represent clients in both state and federal courtrooms

• Handle defense litigation matters from inception to resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other necessary documents

• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions

• Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, assisting in business development efforts

• Work independently and as part of a team to manage caseloads efficiently

• Stay current on relevant legal developments and practices

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of experience in defense litigation

• Valid Nevada Bar admission is required

• Strong courtroom experience in both federal and state courts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in team settings

• Capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and valid Bar License in Nevada

Skills:

• Litigation experience in defense law

• Strong legal research and writing abilities

• Excellent advocacy and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Business development and marketing acumen

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
