Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks patent prosecution professional attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will assist partners with non-infringement, invalidity, and freedom-to-operate opinions. Should have a degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field. Experience in drafting and prosecuting US and worldwide applications is required. Adeptness with ChemDraw is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is required.
