Milwaukee office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda, motions, and briefs related to labor and employment matters. Will assist with federal and state employment-related court litigation and handle federal and state administrative agency litigation that includes administrative hearings in front of the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division and the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Provide day-to-day counseling on compliance with state and federal fair employment laws with respect to personnel policies, compensation practices, internal complaints, and investigation, and other workforce matters. Provide support on employment matters related to a corporate business transactions, including due diligence, purchase agreement drafting, pre, and post-acquisition employee transitions, and related employment agreements. Draft employment-related contracts, including Confidentiality Agreements, Restrictive Covenant Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, and Employment Agreements. Assist with the representation of clients in labor law compliance and litigation, including the National Labor Relation Act, collective bargaining, arbitration, grievances, union avoidance, union organizing campaigns, and unfair labor practice charges. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality service to the clients. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must be admitted to practice or eligible for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin.

The candidate should have J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Possesses superior organizational and time management skills. Should be detail-oriented and capable of a high degree of accuracy. Must exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills and comfort with both telephonic and face-to-face communications. Shares a commitment to client service, professional excellence, integrity, and teamwork. Interest in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment with a strong desire to contribute to team and client success.
