Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intellectual property litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The candidate will take on a lead role in major litigation, including taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing substantive motions, and meaningful participation on trial teams, including preparing witnesses, pretrial arguments, and strategies. An undergraduate degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science field would be valuable. Should ideally be a litigator with patent experience and a strong interest in developing standup and trial experience in high-stakes technology disputes. Clerkships and trial experience are always beneficial. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree with robust writing, drafting, and editing skills.
