Energy and Utility Associate Attorney

Harrisburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an energy and utility associate attorney with 3+ years of utility, energy, or telecommunications legal experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in the areas of regulatory compliance and administrative litigation, including experience with state or federal energy or telecommunications regulatory laws and regulations and/or experience with state or federal administrative litigation or comparable experience. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or can meet the requirements for admission in Pennsylvania) and be in good standing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
