Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney

Must understand the ins and outs of federal court litigation and have a demonstrable interest in intellectual property law. Litigation experience to date should include drafting pleadings, engaging in motion practice, handling discovery matters, and possibly spending some time in a courtroom. Clerkships are a plus, as is experience with trademark and/or patent prosecution.
