Fiduciary, Trust and Probate Litigation Associate Attorney

West Palm Beach office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in managing estate and trust administration matters in and out of the Florida court system, including successfully navigating contentious issues and advising fiduciaries. Experience with probate and trust administration issues; fiduciary compliance and risk management; guardianship matters and proceedings, and working with individuals and families on tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies through estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning is preferred. Florida Bar admission in good standing is essential.

The candidate should have excellent technical, professional, and client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills are essential. Must be team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration.
