• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies to advocate for clients effectively.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

• Stay current with changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) or higher degree in law.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) or higher degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
