Trial Attorney

Hollywood office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trial attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in the area of first-party property insurance defense. The candidate will be taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials. Handle their own caseload and build business relationships with clients. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment. Experience in both state and federal courts is strongly preferred. Should have prior trial experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed.
