The candidate will participate in all aspects of client representation, including interviewing clients, drafting case correspondence and pleadings, conducting discovery, and participating in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Will have extensive client contact and participate in case development and strategy. Must have demonstrated experience with discovery and motions practice in state and federal courts, and be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
The candidate should preferably have excellent research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, a desire to litigate, and a demonstrated commitment to employment law and civil rights.
