Tysons Corner office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks government contracts associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience, preferably in a private law firm practice or a mix of in-house and private law firm experience. The candidate will support a combination of practices in the team including: Bid Protests, REAs and Claims, Small Business and Data Rights, M&A Due Diligence, and False Claims work. Should have relevant experience including: working knowledge of the U.S. Small Business Administrations socioeconomic government contracting programs, including the small business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, 8(a) Business Development, and HUBZone programs; experience prosecuting and defending bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and GAO, as well as appeals before SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals; experience supporting procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; and general counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues. Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction for the residing office (Virginia).

The candidate should be a high performer who can demonstrate superior written, oral, and interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; have excellent academic credentials; be diligent and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively.
