Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate/HOA general counsel and collections associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in residential real estate matters, including experience drafting, interpreting, and amending governing documents for condominium associations and planned communities, drafting Board resolutions and ballot proxies, interpreting and drafting easements, and analyzing and assisting with collection of HOA assessments. The candidate will assist with its general counsel and collections practice. Experience with HOA lien and/or mortgage foreclosure work, as well as Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, is considered a plus. Must have admission to the Oregon State Bar.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials.
